What size vials do your cases fit?

Our cases are designed for standard 3mL vials with a 17mm diameter — the most common size used for peptides, GLP-1 medications, and injectable compounds. This includes vials from most major suppliers. If you're unsure, measure the diameter of your vial before ordering.

Are the cases safe for fridge and freezer storage?

Yes. All LayerBuilt Labs cases are printed with PLA+ filament, which is temperature-resistant and safe for long-term cold storage. Our cases have been tested in both refrigerator (2–8°C) and freezer (-20°C) conditions without warping or degrading.

What material are the cases made from?

We use high-quality PLA+ (Polylactic Acid Plus) filament. PLA+ is a bioplastic that is durable, food-safe, and temperature-resistant. It is widely used in medical and food-contact applications.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are made-to-order and 3D printed in the USA. Processing time is 2–4 business days, followed by standard shipping (3–7 business days) or priority shipping (2–3 business days). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30. The Starter Bundle qualifies automatically.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please contact us at our contact page with your order number to initiate a return. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge — just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

Yes! We offer bulk pricing for orders of 10+ units and can produce custom-branded cases for clinics, practitioners, and resellers. Contact us for a quote.

What colors are available?

Most cases are available in Black, White, and several other colors including Navy Blue, Forest Green, Translucent Clear, Rose Gold, Cobalt Blue, and more. Color availability varies by product — check each product page for current options.

Will the cases fit in my fridge?

Yes. Our cases are designed with a compact footprint to fit on standard refrigerator shelves. The Essential 10-Vial Case is approximately the size of a TV remote. The Protocol Station (30-vial) is approximately the size of a small paperback book.

Are your cases TSA-friendly for air travel?

Yes. Our cases are simple plastic storage containers with no electronic components or restricted materials. Medications in their original vials with proper documentation are generally permitted in carry-on luggage. Always check current TSA guidelines and consult your healthcare provider regarding travel with injectable medications.
