Thank you for shopping at LayerBuilt Labs. Every case is made to order in South Texas. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Standard Color Orders

If you ordered a case in a standard color (no custom name or logo), you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@layerbuiltlabs.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Personalized Orders (Custom Name or Logo)

Orders that include a custom name, custom logo, or any personalization are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or the personalization was printed incorrectly due to our error.

Please double-check all name spelling, logo files, and font preferences before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted content.

Color Variation Notice

3D printed filament colors may appear slightly different on screen versus in person. Minor color variation is a normal characteristic of 3D printing and is not considered a defect.

Manufacturing Defects

If your case arrives with a structural defect (broken latch, cracked hinge, misaligned compartments), contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the defective item at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized cases (custom name or logo)
  • Cases that have been used
  • Cases damaged after delivery

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
